What to write about

• A wrong number. If a coverage preset, deduction default or conversion disagrees with the can label or the tape measure in front of you, say so — include the product, the market you’re in (US quarts vs UK litres genuinely differ) and what the label claims. These emails get priority.
• A broken tool. If the calculator miscomputes or misbehaves in your browser, tell us the device, browser and the inputs you typed. Screenshots welcome.
• A suggestion. Surfaces, can sizes or presets we’re missing — regional can sizes in particular keep expanding.
• Privacy or legal questions. Anything about the privacy policy or disclaimer.

What to expect

Replies usually take a few days — this is a small shop, not a support desk. Tool fixes and factual corrections get handled before feature requests. If the question is “how much paint for my weird room,” try the measuring guide and the calculator first; the answer is usually already there.
